I'm glad you're here! Whether your focus is general wellness or you're struggling with autoimmune issues, infertility, or thyroid conditions, my goal is to use a holistic approach of diet, nutrition, and lifestyle practices to help you feel better. I'm certified as a digestive health professional through the Food Enzyme Institute, and I'm actively pursuing certification as an advanced functional medicine practitioner through the Kharrazian Institute.
I'm passionate about holistic fertility and enjoy partnering with couples to achieve their dream of becoming parents. One of the ways this happens is through a comprehensive review of all the literature-based reasons you may be struggling to become pregnant.
I practice outside Seattle and I'm currently accepting new patients. Appointments are virtual and can be done from the comfort of your home. If you're local I'm occasionally able to meet at the beach for a zen approach to your health.

I'll never dismiss your concerns or decline to listen to your perspective. Due to my recent move and the pandemic, my in-person chiropractic practice is currently on hold.

There is an assumption about nutrition that what you put in your body is used to fuel it. That is only true if you are able to digest, absorb, and assimilate that fuel. Food enzymes are critical to the functioning of the body. Unfortunately, when foods are processed to increase shelf life, enzymes are destroyed. This creates a demand on the body to produce these missing enzymes. Many digestive symptoms and other overall health symptoms can be addressed and improved through the use of digestive enzymes. I have extensive postgraduate training and am certified as a digestive health professional. After a detailed case history and review of previous labs, we'll discuss what information we still need to gather, and I'll order testing as needed. Some of this is specialized and some can be done through a blood draw at your local lab. While we wait for results I'll give you some steps you can take at home. Once we get more information we discuss the next steps. My approach always involves diet, nutrition, and lifestyle. If you're already on many prescriptions I may not be a good fit for you, and that's okay. But if you're willing to make changes to your lifestyle I'll be by your side every step of the way, encouraging you and giving you hope that you can find wellness again.
